Joint venture with Cantina Cantina. We both wanted to feature two ingredients that we don't see much in West Coast IPA. Rice and Rye. So we cooked up this WCIPA with puffed jasmine rice, and Weyermann Cararye. Balanced in all the best ways. Clean bitterness, a balanced malt profile, and well-received aroma and flavor from the hop bill. Hopped with our CY2025 Strata and Chinook and a small dose of Citra Dynaboost on the hot side. Heavily hopped again in dry hop with more Strata, Chinook, and Citra. Floral, dank, and pithy.
